The library has partnered with Perry Service Learning (PSL) to deliver books and media to homebound patrons. PSL is an elective for seniors at Perry High School that combines English and Social Studies curricula with volunteer opportunities to promote social involvement through education and service. To sign up to have someone deliver items to your home, you will need to fill out this form: Homebound Delivery Form
Requirements of the Homebound Program:
You must be a resident of Perry Village, Perry Township, or North Perry Village.
You must have a valid library card in the CLEVNET system.
You must be unable to leave your home due to temporary or permanent personal impairment.
